During this training, you will gain insight into all relevant processes related to national and international goods transportation. You will learn how to plan and organize shipments, prepare freight and customs documents 📄, calculate freight costs, and handle damage claims. You will develop a deep understanding of logistics by learning to plan efficient routes, coordinate different modes of transport, and monitor delivery schedules ⏰. Over time, you will master all key processes, from order processing to customer and service provider communication 🤝.
