Our in-house ‘Space Management’ department ensures extensive knowledge of the space available, e.g. in the form of block modules, documentation and the configuration of sales figures.
Your service instore
Our subsidiary FLT Handel & Service remains on hand to support you as a 360° trade supplier. Its extensive range of services includes security of supply, renovations, set-up, order placement and shelf and range maintenance, among other things. Additionally, you benefit from targeted customer training, level coaching and sales support. FLT offers you Europe-wide market coverage with activities in eight different countries.

Extra added value for you: Our colour-mixing service. We live for paint! This is why, through our Colour Consultancy service, we are delighted to share all of our expertise in this area with you. Our specialists do not just have the latest trend analyses and comprehensive reports for your project, we also draw on our European network of local experts who understand all market conditions.
J.W. Ostendorf’s special advantage: Using the international data from our own colour-mixing machines, we can predict trends in real time. On request, we can provide you with comprehensive analyses of the commercial ranges in all business areas of the paint category.
Reliable logistics competence
With our intelligent transport logistics, we cover all forms of delivery for you. We guarantee the distribution of your goods on time from the word go — in the quantity and quality desired and to the right place. The key to making deliveries on time is our international storage and transport logistics system — highly flexible and always focused on the customer.
Our 30,000 m2 hazardous materials warehouse is located right next to our production centre. Here we store and pick all goods using fully automated processes, before preparing them for dispatch. When doing so, we focus on extra value added services for you, e.g. in the form of tinting on demand, putting together promotional sets, e-commerce and store-friendly pallets.
