Do you enjoy variety in your job and are you interested in the principles of business management? Then the Industrial Management Assistant apprenticeship is just right for you.

You will get to know all of our business processes inside out: From Sales and Customer Service and Purchasing to Marketing and Finance. This means that over time, you will gain insight into all key processes: from order initiation to customer service, from procurement to preparation for production and, of course, financial accounting, including compiling statistics and analyses. From around six months before you take your final examination, you then work completely in your focal department,  based on your individual strengths and skills.
